The construction of the next phase of the mixed-use complex in the Moskovsky district of Saint Petersburg is to be launched this summer. Another premium-class business centre, Avior Tower-1, will be set up in the south of the city.
According to the development project of AIRPORTCITY St. Petersburg, the construction of Avior Tower-1 business centre with the total area of 18 300 square metres is supposed to be completed by the end of 2021. The design of the ten-storey A+ Class tower will match the overall style of the business area.
The floor layout of the new business centre provides diverse variants of office arrangement from separate rooms to open space. The finishing of interiors will allow potential tenants to configure offices according to their preferences.
Avior Tower-1 business centre will be certified in compliance with the LEED system (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), which has already enabled to contemplate energy efficiency and environmental performance of the internationally acclaimed building standard at the complex’s design development stage.
Five units of the AIRPORTCITY St. Petersburg mixed-use complex that currently operate are three A+ Class business centres (Zeppelin, Jupiter-1, Jupiter-2), a parking complex and a business hotel managed by InterContinental Hotels Group.
